1) Condition of Vehicle:

All customers requesting tunes have ensured their vehicle is mechanically stable, is in perfect working order, having no defects, there are no air, fuel or other liquid leaks, all parts operate correctly and are of the appropriate range for which the vehicle is being calibrated, that the vehicle and all associated parts are able to withstand the rigors and stresses of having additional power, specifically the power in which SDECS Tuning is being hired to write the custom calibration. This is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner and/or shop in which we provide our services.

2) Intellectual Property Agreement:

All customers that seek SDECS Tuning services understand completely that the calibration is and will always be the intellectual property of SDECS Tuning and / or any parent(s) or subsidiary company(ies) involved in the holding of SDECS Tuning. We will in all cases, and within the capabilities of the software we use to write the calibration, encrypt and/or protect our tuning files so that it is unable to be accessed, read or copied, In the event the tuning file is accessed, read or copied, a violation of our intellectual property will have occurred and we can choose to seek any damages that result from this unauthorized action. In all cases, if we find this unauthorized access has occurred, we will immediately cease performing any calibration service work to the vehicle and there will be no refund for any service(s) in which have been paid, either directly or indirectly to SDECS Tuning, it's parent(s) and/or any possible subsidiary(ies) responsible for the holding of SDECS Tuning. By having SDECS Tuning perform any calibration service, all parties completely understand and agree to this intellectual property agreement.

3) Agreement to Hold Harmless:

All customers that have received calibration service(s) performed by SDECS Tuning, the owner(s), employee(s), parent(s) or subsidiary(ies) will hold all parties from SDECS Tuning harmless in the case of any form of vehicle or component failure, catastrophic and/or tragic injury resulting from the service(s) provided by SDECS Tuning, cessation of our calibration service(s) for any reason and will ultimately protect the interests of SDECS Tuning above any and all others.

4) Payment and Refund Policy:

Payment is due upon order of either calibration or products before the calibration is written or products are shipped. Refunds for products must occur within 30 days of the original order and all boxes must be unopened. There are no refunds on calibration files after the file has been written.

5) Agreement in Full:

By accepting our calibration service, whether directly or indirectly, all parties involved will have agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
