Welcoming our newest service, Very Important Project (VIP) After Hours Hotline Access.

Accessing us Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm is fine for most times, but there may be the time where you need our direct involvement after hours or on the weekends even. We're now opening up after hours and weekend availability to those who would like our assistance at those times for special needs cases if you have that scenario.

During these after hour and weekend openings, we will take special case after hour calls during the following times:

M-F 6pm-10pm

Sat/Sun 12pm-4pm

For access to our technical staff during these times, there is a special access fee and 2 tiers.

1) $200 for up to 2 hours total access on Monday-Friday

2) $400 for up to 2 hours total access on Saturday and/or Sunday.

Once you successfully place the order for your selected timeframe, you be be sent an email with a private number assigned to you for call-in during those times and voila, your VIP Access will be immediately granted and a 2 hour counter is automatically assigned to your calls.

Need more time? We sell in 2 hour increments for the timeframes you need our direct technical assistance for those after hours times, so you can add as many as you need and we'll always be glad to help you.

As a note: We WANT to help our clients and are always available for questions about our tuning service or instructions to flash!! We can be reached M-F 9am-6pm, through email 24/7 and will respond during normal business hours. This is an added service that we want to ensure clients that absolutely need to contact us in special circumstances have that availability.
