What services are offered for fleet vehicles?

We are an engineering company that provides 3 services for fleet vehicles. One is to provide increased fuel economy through PCM calibration, and we offer a maintenance package and a driver training program.

1) Our PCM Calibrations are designed to optimize engine and transmission control which translates into improved fuel efficiency and CO2 emissions reduction. We do this by programming ideal fuel burning strategies, setting limits on idle speed, governing top vehicle speed, optimizing automatic transmission shifting points and pressures, reducing engine operating temperatures by controlling fan activation temps and speeds, and for vehicles that are factory equipped we can optimize their variable cam timing and multiple displacement systems. We also offer a 5yr/60K mile warranty for vehicles we service.
2) Our Vehicle Maintenance Package provides for factory service updates if and when they become available from the manufacturer, we will analyze OBD2 data during a normal vehicle preventative maintenance schedule and for any vehicles that trigger a Check Engine Light, we will analyze the trouble code and OBD2 data and make recommendations for service or parts that may be the issue for causing the code to be triggered.
3) Our Driver Training Program is offered FREE with the PCM Calibration service or as a separate individual service. The training describes how to naturally increase fuel efficiency by driving behavior. It is available through Power Point presentation or through written material that is easily distributed to the drivers in your fleet.

That's the basic rundown of the services we offer. There are no parts to buy, there is a large return on investment due to fuel savings and Carbon Offset Credits available and getting your fleet tuned is an easy a quick process.

How do we get started?

We start by analyzing the size and vehicle types of your fleet as well as how many miles are driven annually to create a customized approach for your company. Then we will provide an estimate of fuel savings and CO2 reductions as well as the initial costs of our services. To begin tuning the fleet, we will work with the fleet manager(s) to have the vehicle's factory PCM calibration file read from the vehicle and uploaded to our server. We will then apply our calibration changes to this file and upload it back to the server into your specific account. This file will then be flashed into the vehicle through the OBD2 port and that's it. We have a detailed video designed as a walk through guide as well so there is no confusion, and the process is very simple.

How do we read the vehicle's factory ECU/PCM calibration

We will send a handheld OBD2 device that will be used to read the factory calibration as well as flash the vehicle with our fuel economy calibration. We have an instruction set pdf and a video that shows the ease of this process.

Do I need anything else to get this service?

You will need a computer to download the manager program used to save the original file from your vehicle and download our calibration files to your device from our server.

How much does your service cost?

Our service fees are based on the size of your fleet and if we are providing the maintenance package at the time of service. It is a better value to sign up for the maintenance package at the same time as the tuning service, but it is available at any time. If you'd like to give us some specifics on your fleet we can create a customized proposal for your company showing the savings that could be obtained using our service as well as the costs involved to have your fleet tuned. Please contact us for this and we'll be glad to help.
